Work rules (Japan) : ウィキペディア英語版 | Work rules (Japan)
are a feature of Japanese labor law. Article 89 of the Japanese Labor Standards Act of 1947 states that companies with ten or more regular employees must draw up workplace conditions and regulations. According to Article 90 of the act, workers must be given an opportunity to give their opinion about rules or changes to the rules, but their consent is not required.〔The Japan Times (Work-rules verdict jars with laws aimed at leveling playing field for employees September 18, 2012 ) Retrieved on September 21, 2012〕 ==References==
